I think a site is blocked, but i'm not sure?

If it is blocked a good way of cirventing it is to use a proxy server (google proxy) or typing in the ip of the website instead of the name (i.e. google.com/home would be 209.85.171.100/home). Go to a href="http://www.geobytes.com/IpLocator.htm" rel="nofollow"http://www.geobytes.com/IpLocator.htm/a to find the ip of virtually any website.
