What's the longest/largest pistol that shoots .380 acp available on the market?

I'm looking for a large pistol that shoots .380acp for my mother since she made an uneducated buy on a large quantity of .380 acp ammo and sold her ruger lcp since she wasn't happy with it and complained about recoil. Knowing that .380 acp is used for concealed carry guns, I don't have high hopes in what I'm looking for.
